Her course, Kitchen Jazz: Food & Flavor Fundamentals, involves the whole person for a lifetime of food engagement and addresses four pillars: gastronomy, culinary, nutrition and sustainability. She offers Kitchen Jazz as a ready-to-play plug-in for various disciplines. She as well offers events for one-time private groups in institutional settings as well as in her learning kitchen. The Kitchen Jazz series is popular with trainers in training and comes in the Ultra-intensive, Intensive and other custom schedules.
